Things To Consider

Guest Accommodation

We are pleased to offer reduced rates to any of your guests wishing to stay overnight after your wedding in any of our 26 country-style en-suite bedrooms.

You may block book rooms when you confirm your wedding booking with us and either name them yourself, or we are happy to take telephone calls directly from any guests requesting to book a room from your allocation. If you requesst that your guests settle their own accommodation accounts, we will require a credit card number at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

In the event that more rooms are required than we are able to accommodate, we are happy to recommend other hotels or Bed and Breakfasts nearby.

Check-in time is from 2.00pm and cannot be guaranteed until after 2.00pm on the day of arrival. We recommend to guests travelling long distances who may require early check in, that they reserve accommodation from the night prior to the wedding, subject to availability. Should rooms not be available upon arrival, luggage can be stored by reception. Guests should check-out by 11.00am.

Wedding Gifts

A gift table will be set up in or near the main function room. We cannot, however, accept responsibility whilst they are stored on the hotel's premises and ask that they are removed by the Bride and Groom, or a designated member of the bridal Party upon departure.

Wedding Cake

We are plased to offer you complimentary use of our Square Sliver cake stand and knife. We respectfully ask that the cake is not left with us after the wedding, as we do not have secure or appropriate long-term storage facilities. If a cake is left for more that three days after the event, we reserve the right to dispose of it.

How To Book

Making and Securing Your Booking

A provisional booking can be placed with us either in person or by telephone and held for up to two weeks. After this time, written confirmation is required to secure the booking along with a non-refundable deposit of £1000.00.

Should you require  more than two weeks to consider your decision or arrange an appointment to view the hotel, please contact the Wedding Co-ordinator who will be happy to discuss an alternative option date.

Once your confirmation and deposit has been received, a contract entitled "Banqueting Event Order" will be sent to you and should be signed and returned within seven days. A written estimate of costs and schedule of payment will be provided for you and the final balance of the estimate should be settled at least two weeks prior to the wedding taking place. Please note our Full Terms and Conditions prior to signing the contract.

Accomodation

Group accommodation reservations are the responsibility of the wedding party and in the event of no-shows or cancellations where no credit card number has been provided, the full room rate inclusive of VAT will be charged to the main wedding account.
